Taking care of your mental health is as important as maintaining your physical health. People generally tend to ignore their minds health in day to day activities. Please don’t do this. In today’s hectic lifestyle, ignoring your mental health can lead to stress, depression and anxiety which might turn into major health issues after a period of time. In today’s competitive world, balancing personal and professional life is every difficult. Daily routine, professional commitment and deadlines, personal commitments towards family and relationships, managing everything make it difficult for us to take out some time for our self, to relax or for do things which make us feel happy or time for our passion and hobbies, ultimatelythis leads to stress and health problems.
Dealing with mental illness is a sensitive issue, with a lot of taboos. But why.so much fear?Why so fuss? If a person decides he will overcome it. Balance of the physical and mental health leads to balance and happy life, emotionally strong individuals have better strength to fight depression, anxiety, stress and negative thinking. So what to do what is the solution. Fitness exercises, meditation, yoga and Counselling are great ways. People should become more accepting and non-judgmental towards one another,you have to train your mind to be stronger than your emotions or else you will lose yourself every time. To change your body you must first change your mind. The hard part isn’t getting your body in shape, the hard part is getting your mind in shape, so Stay Positive, Stay Brave, Stay Focused, It is okay to feel depression, it is okay to have anxiety and it is okay to have an adjustment disorder butwe need talk about it, address it. We all have mental health in the same way we all have physical health.
